Before you write to us

What to include so we can answer on the first pass

Deployment reference — the project or site identifier issued at handover, so we can pull the right configuration history.
Model and serial number — printed on the underside label; it tells us the exact hardware revision.
Firmware version — shown on the status page of the unit and in the platform inventory.
Symptom and timing — what you saw, when it started, and whether anything changed immediately beforehand.
A short capture — a one-minute export or a screenshot at the moment of the fault is worth more than a paragraph of description.
